Day 01: We drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola(710m)

Day 02: We trek for 8 hours from Soti Khola to reach Macha Khola

Day 03: We trek for 7 hours from Macha Khola to reach Jagat(1,410m)

Day 04: We trek for 7 hours from Jagat to reach Deng(1,804m)

Day 05: We trek for 7 hours from Deng to reach Namrung(2,630m)

Day 06: We trek for 7 hours from Namrung to reach Sama Gau(3,530m)

Day 07: We trek for 4 hours from Sama Gau to reach Samdo(3,860m)

Day 08: We trek for 4 hours from Samdo to reach Dharmasala(4,460 m)

Day 09: We trek for 9 hours from Dharmasala to reach Bimthang(3,700m) via Larkye Pass(5160m)

Day 10: We trek for 7 hours from Bimthang to reach Dharapani(1860m)

Day 11: We will take jeep from Dharapani to reach Besisahar and get bus to reach Kathmandu (10 hours drive)

Detail Itineary

Day 01: We drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola(710m)

Get an early morning and take bus from Gongabu Kathmandu station to Soti khola takes approx. 7/8 hours drive. Soti Khola is the starting point of Manaslu Circuit Trek. Stay overnight at Soti Khola.


Day 02: We trek for 8 hours from Soti Khola to reach Macha Khola

Breakfast and 6/7 hours walk along the Budigandaki river via Lapubesi.


Day 03: We trek for 7 hours from Macha Khola to reach Jagat(1,410m)

Breakfast and trekking of 6/7 hours following the Budigandaki river via Kerauja, Khorla besi, Tatopani and Dovan.


Day 04: We trek for 7 hours from Jagat to reach Deng(1,804m)

Breakfast and trek of 6/7 hours to Deng following following up Budi Gandaki river via Sirdibas and Philim.


Day 05: We trek for 7 hours from Deng to reach Namrung(2,630m)

Breakfast and trekking of 6/7 hide and seek with Budigandki river enjoying a great landscapes scenery and view of the mountains.


Day 06: We trek for 7 hours from Namrung to reach Sama Gau(3,530m)

Breakfast and trek for 6/7 hours to Samagaun with enjoying great view of Mount Manaslu from Lho and Syala.


Day 07: We trek for 4 hours from Sama Gau to reach Samdo(3,860m)

Breakfast, and a short day trek of 3/4 hours to Samdo and lunch camp there.


Day 08: We trek for 4 hours from Samdo to reach Dharmasala(4,460 m)

Breakfast and trekking of 3/4 hours to Dharamsala.


Day 09: We trek for 9 hours from Dharmasala to reach Bimthang(3,700m) via Larkye Pass(5160m)

Early morning wake up, breakfast and trek of 8/9 hours to Bimthang via Larkya La Pass(5160m). A challenging day but the view is great.


Day 10: We trek for 7 hours from Bimthang to reach Dharapani(1860m)

Breakfast and downhill trek of 6/7 hours to Dharapani.


Day 11: We will take jeep from Dharapani to reach Besisahar and get bus to reach Kathmandu (10 hours drive)

Breakfast and get a jeep drive to Besishahar and then get a bus to Kathmandu

Cost Includes

01. Bus transfer- Kathmandu/Soti Khola/Dharapani/Kathmandu.

02. Twin sharing tea house accommodation during trek.

03. Local jeep transfer sharing with other people at the last station.

04. Trekking permit-TIMS cards,ACAP, MCAP and Manaslu Valley Restricted Area Permit.

05. English Speaking guide and all his expenses like salary, meals, accommodation and transfer

06. 3 times meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner during trekking
