12 Days Trek in Nepal
Day 01: We drive from Kathmandu to reach Sotikhola
Day 02: We trek for 8 hours from Soti Khola to reach Macha Khola
Day 03: We trek for 7 hours from Macha Khola to reach Jagat(1,410m)
Day 04: We trek for 7 hours from Jagat to reach Deng(1,804 m)
Day 05: We trek for 7 hours from Deng to reach Namrung(2,630 m)
Day 06: We trek for 6 hours from Namrung to reach Sama Gau(3,530m)
Day 07: Today we will take rest at Samagaun
Day 08: We will trek from 4 hours from Sama Gau to reach Samdo(3,860 m)
Day 09: We trek for 4 hours from Samdo to reach Dharmasala(4,460 m)
Day 10: We trek for 9 hours from Dharmasala to reach Bimthang(3,700m) via Larkye Pass(5160m)
Day 11: We trek for 7 hours from Bimthang to reach Dharapani(1860 m)
Day 12: We will take a local jeep from Dharapani to reach Besisahar then take bus to reach Kathmandu(9/10 hours drive time)
Day 01: We drive from Kathmandu to reach Sotikhola
Get up an early morning, you ride a bus drive to Soti khola that takes 7/8 hours. Soti Khola is the starting point of Manaslu Circuit Trek. Stay overnight at Soti Khola.
Day 02: We trek for 8 hours from Soti Khola to reach Macha Khola
The first stage of the trek follows the narrow, deep Buri Gandaki valley, through dense forests and terraced farmland. Expect hot and humid weather at the early stages of the trek.
Day 03: We trek for 7 hours from Macha Khola to reach Jagat(1,410m)
Today we experience some of the best aspects of trekking through a deep gorge: suspension bridges, waterfalls and impressive rapids, and we’ll enter the Manaslu Conservation Area in the beautiful paved village of Jagat.
Day 04: We trek for 7 hours from Jagat to reach Deng(1,804 m)
Today we’ll have more steep ups and downs, and suspension bridges, as we get our first views of high, snow-covered mountains. After crossing several bridges and more spectacular waterfalls we will pass the entrance to Tsum Valley before we enter the area where natives are ethnically Tibetan.
Day 05: We trek for 7 hours from Deng to reach Namrung(2,630 m)
We enter deeper into Tibetan influenced territory, with the first mani stones (prayers etched onto wayside rocks) making their appearance along the trail, while enjoying spectacular views.
Day 06: We trek for 6 hours from Namrung to reach Sama Gau(3,530m)
Breakfast, and trek for 6 hours on a great landscapes with enjoying a great view of Mount Manaslu and other snow capped mountains.
Day 07: Today we will take rest at Samagaun
Rest and acclimatize day in Samagaun. Today you will have different options to explore Pungen Gomba, Mahendra Lake and Manaslu Base Camp Exploration.
Day 08: We will trek from 4 hours from Sama Gau to reach Samdo(3,860 m)
A short trek of 3/4 hours with lunch camp.
Day 09: We trek for 4 hours from Samdo to reach Dharmasala(4,460 m)
Also a short trek of 3/4 hours with lunch camp, but the accommodation is very basic.
Day 10: We trek for 9 hours from Dharmasala to reach Bimthang(3,700m) via Larkye Pass(5160m)
Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast and start trek of 8/9 hours to Bhimtang crossing Larkya La pass(5230m). A very tough day of the trekking.
Day 11: We trek for 7 hours from Bimthang to reach Dharapani(1860 m)
Breakfast, and trek down to Dharampani via Goa and Tilje village.
Day 12: We will take a local jeep from Dharapani to reach Besisahar then take bus to reach Kathmandu(9/10 hours drive time)
Breakfast, and get a sharing local jeep to Besisahar, and then get bus drive either to Kathmandu
