Day 02 : Trek Chame to Pisang (3190m) - 4 to 5 hours

Day 05 : Explore & Acclimatization Day in Manang.

Today is a rest day for acclimation purposes. It is important to have a relatively restful day today to allow our bodies to acclimate to the higher altitudes and thinning air.

Day 06 : Trek Manang to Yak Kharka/Letdar (4200m) - 4 to 5 hours

We will trek from Manang to Yak Kharka/Letdar for about 5 hours.

Day 07 : Trek Yak Kharka to Thorang Phedi (4450m) - 3 to 4 hours, or Thorang High Camp (4850m) - 4 to 5 hours

The trail for today is relatively easy and allows us to get used to the altitude before we have to cross the highest point in the trek. From Yak Kharka we will continue to climb along the east bank of the Jarang Khola to Thorung Phedi, a rock strewn meadow surrounded by upright cliffs at 4,420 meters. If you are up for it, we can continue our trek to the High camp another an hour after lunch.

Day 08 : Trek Thorang Phedi via Thorang La Pass (5416m) to Muktinath (3800m) - 7 to 8 hours

We will trek from Thorang Phedi via Thorang La Pass to Muktinath for about 8 hours.

Day 09 : Trek Muktinath to Jomsom (2710m) via Kagbeni (2800m) -6 to 8 hours
