The Everest or Khumbu area is best known among the trekking routes in Nepal. In particular, you will be able to witness the world’s highest peak, Everest (8,848.86 m) and several other mountains during the Gokyo Chola Pass Trek. You can see mountains higher than 8000m such as Lhotse, Cho-Oyu and Makalu.
The Gokyo Chola Pass Trek is one of the more difficult routes to Gokyo Lake and allows you to pass through the Cho-La Pass located at an altitude of 5,430 m, forming a route between Tawoche (6,367 m) and Cholatse (6,440 m).
In addition, we will pay attention to the small village of Gokyo located 4750m above sea level on the shores of the third lake in the series of lakes with turquoise peaks. On the Gokyo Ridge, we can capture the view of four giant peaks over 8000m high, Cho Oyu, Lhotse, Everest and Makalu
