This journey will take you to the spectacular Annapurna Region, where you will stay in traditional Nepali teahouses, learn about the Gurung and Magar peoples of Nepal, and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise view from Poon Hill.
This trek begins in Kathmandu. You will next go to Pokhara, continuing your excursion to Tikhedhunga via Nayapul. Your hike through the beautiful Annapurna region begins at Tikhedhunga.
In addition, on your way to Ghorepani Poon Hill, you will pass through several Gurung and Magar villages. You get a chance to explore their way of life.

Day 01|
Pokhara - Nayapul (bus) – Tikhedunga
Around 4-hour trek to Tikhedunga. The trail winds its way through bamboo forests and passes by a spectacular waterfall.
Day 02|
Tikhedunga - Ghorepani
The Annapurna South (7273m) and the Hiunchuli gradually unfold on this pleasant walk uphill through fields and pastures and later through rhododendrons and oak woods. Ghorepani was originally a horse watering post, which has evolved into an important crossroads for tourists and the numerous mule caravans on the Jomoson-Pokhara trip.
Day 03|
Ghorepani - Poon Hill - Tadapani
Today, very early in the morning, we rise to hike the 1 hour climb to Poon Hill (3,195m). A brilliant spectacle, this vantage point provides an unobstructed view of sunrise over the high Himalayas. We spend around 40 minutes taking in the wonderful spectacle, before returning to Ghorepani for a well deserved breakfast. This is famous as "Ghorepani Poonhill Trek in Nepal". This place is the most popular for doing Annapurna Trekking in Nepal. From Ghorepani, we ascend along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2,960m), before descending to Banthanti. From here we take the turn off to Tadapani (2,540m).
Day 04|
Tadapani - Ghandrunk
The trail gently descends through a subtropical forest highlighted by huge bamboo massifs and giant rhododendrons. Gandrunk is the main village of the Gurung tribe, warriors known for their contribution to the famous Gurkha regiments.
Day 05|
Ghandruk – Nayapul
We continue our descent to the Modi Khola river end to nayapul then drive back to pokhara. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
