Yes, but note that you might have to pay to charge your devices.
from Syafrubesi to Dovan (or, Domen! ) there is regular electricity. And from there until Langtang Valley there is no electricity!! (There may be solar powered charging points available, but they charge you for using them.)
You will find regular electricity again in Langtang Valley, and from there onwards up to Kyanjin Valley.
