How long is validity for permit to national parks
How long is validity for permit to national parks for Annapurna, Langtang? Is it enough time to do some side trips, or just enough for standard trek route? For example Annapurna circuit + Mardi Himal + Khopra Ridge, etc?

as far as I understood it the permits are valid for one year or so, actually the most important thing is the stamp. you get it when you enter and when you exit aca area. if your side trips are on the way – it’s definitely doable. but as soon as you are out, you get exit-stamp and your permit validity is over.
When you issue National Park entry Permits, Clearly mention your destination itinerary. You can do side trip as your preference. Trek Annapurna Circuit + Khopra Trek+ Mardi Himal trek do continue without back to City Kathmandu or Pokhara then Single Annapurna conservation entry permits will be valid. BUT if you back to Kathmandu or Pokhara and start Khopra or Mardi Himal after couple of days later you will need to Issue Another Permits.
The Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) permits are valid for up to three weeks, and for the Langtang National Park permits are valid for up to 15 days. Therefore, with the combination of the two permits, you’ll have enough time to do several side trips, as well as the standard trek route.
Pretty sure you can take as long as you want, as long as you stay in the permit area, the AC permit will cover Mardi Himal as they are both in the Annapurna Conservation Area so when you are near the end of the Circuit, just before Tatopani, you would head up to Ghorapani and on to Ghandruk towards Mardi Himal
One months,as I noticed til you dint exit from your trekking till that the if you like to do it again after wards making the new one
If you don’t stamp the exist from the checking post, it will work for all Annapurna Conservation Area project
